In-Store Appointment Setter

Blue Dot Heating & Air Conditioning seeks an In-Store Appointment Setter to engage shoppers, introduce residential HVAC services, and schedule in-home consultations. Based in local retail locations, you'll greet customers, ask basic comfort and system questions, and book appointments for our comfort advisors. You'll enter accurate lead data, meet daily and weekly appointment goals, and represent Blue Dot's customer-first, safety-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage retail customers to generate interest in Blue Dot HVAC services
• Ask qualifying questions and explain heating and cooling service options
• Schedule in-home appointments for comfort advisors or technicians
• Accurately enter customer information and appointments into scheduling system
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment and lead-generation targets
• Provide friendly, professional customer service aligned with company values
• Coordinate with office and field teams to confirm and update appointments
• Maintain an organized, branded in-store display or booth
• Track leads, appointment results, and basic performance metrics
• Follow safety, privacy, and company policies in all customer interactions
