Industrial Mechanic – Westminster Operations Center

The Westminster Operations Center is a 1.5 million‑sq‑ft facility that ships over 150 million books per year using a fully automated system of conveyors, a Goods‑to‑Person system, a Tilt Tray Sorter, and 100 pieces of powered industrial equipment.

• Adhere to and promote company safety policies.
• Perform all maintenance duties such as work orders, preventive maintenance, and other projects assigned via the CMMS system.
• Provide basic troubleshooting on conveyor management and other key equipment systems; PLC knowledge is desired but not required.
• Maintain facilities systems (plumbing, fire, HVAC, etc.).
• Assist with facility support work including carpentry, plumbing, painting, masonry, and welding as needed.
• Participate in training and certification programs to grow your skill set.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent; 18 years or older.
• Basic PC skills.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting.
• Prior experience in facility maintenance, electrical, or mechanical trades is advantageous.
• Experience with carpentry, plumbing, painting, masonry, or welding is a plus.
• Strong desire to grow through training and certifications.

Second shift:
Monday‑Friday, 3:00 pm‑11:00 pm.

Pay range $41,000 to $64,000 per year ($20–31 per hour) with potential for increases based on experience and performance. All positions are eligible for an annual profit award or bonus, subject to company results.
