Job Overview
Ken's Appliance Service is seeking skilled and experienced appliance repair technicians to join our growing company.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair appliances
- Read and understand schematics and wiring diagrams
- Lifting and moving most common appliances
- Maintain paperwork and handle/collect payments
- Maintain professional appearance
- Use computers
- Communicate concisely and effectively
- Manage organization and documentation
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Willingness to follow procedures and abide by company policies
- Pass a criminal background check and drug screening
