Fire Sprinkler Foreman
Team members will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire protection systems. This role requires working closely with team members, following all safety protocols, and properly handling tools and equipment. The Foreman position will also be responsible for supervising and guiding crew members while ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule. Work will be performed in commercial and residential buildings.
We are seeking highly motivated, dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals who can multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Lift at least 50 pounds
- Climb ladders and perform physical tasks including sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching above and below shoulders, and walking for extended periods
- Drive to job sites and work at various locations
- Submit written job progress reports for assigned projects
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members
- Read and interpret construction blueprints and diagrams
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Properly maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools
- Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings
- Install, assemble, and trim fire protection systems
Qualifications and Skills:
- U.S. Work Authorization (Required)
- Pre-employment drug screening
- Background check
- Reference checks
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / electronic blueprint systems)
- Basic math skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to train and mentor others
- Good driving record (MANDATORY)
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year experience installing sprinkler or fire protection systems
- Blueprint reading experience
License / Certification:
- Valid Driver's License (Required) – Must have a clean driving record
- NICET Level I or II (Preferred)
- Completion of an accredited industry training program (Preferred)
- OSHA 10, Lift, Tool & CPVC Pipe Certifications (Preferred but not required)
Travel Requirement:
- Up to 100% travel to job sites
