As a Service Sprinkler Superintendent
, you’ll lead field operations across service, repair, and install projects. This role is critical to ensure jobs are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard every time.

• Oversee daily field operations for the Sprinkler Team
• Manage job schedules, manpower, materials, and coordination
• Ensure all work meets NFPA codes and local regulations
• Lead, mentor, and develop field crews
• Maintain strong communication with project managers and clients
• Enforce job-satisfaction safety standards and company protocols
• Troubleshoot field challenges and implement solutions quickly
• Conduct quality control checks and ensure proper documentation

• 5+ years in fire sprinkler systems, with leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and fire codes
• Proven ability to manage multiple crews and job sites
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and accountability
