Advantage Technical is hiring an HVAC Repair Mechanic for a leading brake manufacturer in Westminster, MD. If you're mechanically sharp, safety-minded, and ready to grow with a stable team, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do (Job Duties)- Troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul HVAC equipment including compressors, coils, and piping
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance and calibration
- Clean equipment using solutions, vacuum systems, high-pressure wash, or dry ice blasting
- Report equipment defects and part issues to supervision
- Support fellow technicians and team members as directed
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment in compliance with company policies and applicable standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and others)
- Hands-on experience with HVAC repair, maintenance, or overhaul
- Mechanical aptitude with inspection tools and equipment maintenance
- Familiarity with controls and instrumentation
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow policy, procedures, and safety/quality guidelines
- Competitive weekly pay: $20.55/hour
