Vaccinator

Life Bridge Health, Inc. seeks a Vaccinator to support community immunization efforts across its Baltimore-area facilities. In this role, you will safely administer vaccines to patients of all ages, following CDC and state guidelines, while maintaining accurate EMR documentation and proper cold-chain storage. The Vaccinator conducts screenings for contraindications, monitors patients for adverse reactions, and provides clear education on vaccine benefits and potential side effects.

Working in a collaborative, patient-centered, and mission-driven environment, you will participate in outreach and clinic-based programs that advance population health and help protect vulnerable communities.
