Speech Pathologist
We’re seeking a passionate
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school-based team in Westminster, MD for the 2026–2027 school year. This position offers a primarily articulation- and language-focused caseload with opportunities to work with students with low-incidence disabilities and AAC needs. You’ll collaborate with educators and special education professionals while receiving strong support from the district.
Caseload & Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in grades K–5
- Manage an anticipated caseload of approximately 40–45 students
- Primarily support students with articulation and language delays
- Provide services in accordance with students’ IEPs
- Conduct assessments and participate in IEP development and meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, special education staff, and related service providers
- Support students with low-incidence disabilities and AAC needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
- Work collaboratively with another SLP at the building level

- Weekly pay of $70,000-$90,000 or $52-$72/hour (based on experience)

Requirements:
- Maryland SLP License
- Appropriate education and credentials to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Maryland
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for supporting students’ communication and academic success
