Responsibilities
  • Receptionist duties include greeting visitors and guests, directing them appropriately, managing incoming calls, and maintaining clerical responsibilities. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for residents, families, and staff and plays a key role in creating a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Welcome visitors and guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Answer and route phone calls appropriately and efficiently.
  • Distribute mail and manage incoming correspondence.
  • Provide clerical support as assigned to support facility operations.
Receptionist Requirements
  • 1-2 years of related experience and/or training (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow instructions.
  • Basic knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Office.
  • Professional telephone etiquette and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle busy front desk operations.
  • Passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service.
  • Dependable, reliable, and a team player.
As a Receptionist, you will
