Auto Nation is seeking a Service Warranty Administrator to review and complete warranty claims in our Westmont, IL dealership. You will process claims by the next business day after RO close, resolve corrections, and maintain relationships with the manufacturers' warranty representatives.
The role requires high school diploma, 2 years in an automotive dealership, and ASE certification. You will analyze claim trends, flag hours earned, and provide weekly status reports to the service manager.
