We are in need of a strong commercial Project Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of a project from inception to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a strong understanding of the construction industry, and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities- Oversee and direct commercial construction projects from conception to completion.
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
- Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
- Meet contractual conditions of performance.
- Review the work progress on a daily basis.
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
- Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.
- Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
- 5+ years of project management experience within the commercial construction industry.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field is preferred.
- Proven working experience in construction management.
- Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
- Expertise in project management software, specifically Procore.
- Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
- Familiarity with construction/ project management software.
- Competent in conflict and crisis management.
- Excellent time and project management skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to plan and see the “big picture”.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
