Job Details

We need a strong commercial Project Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of a project from inception to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role requires exceptional leadership skills, deep industry knowledge, and proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and direct commercial construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Review projects in depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
  • Oversee on‑site and off‑site construction to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
  • Meet contractual performance conditions.
  • Review work progress on a daily basis.
  • Prepare internal and external reports on job status.
  • Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve emerging issues.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and obtain permits and licenses.
  • Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure quality construction standards and proper construction techniques.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of project management experience within the commercial construction industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in construction management.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, methods, and means.
  • Expertise in project management software, specifically Procore.
  • Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
  • Familiarity with construction and project management software.
  • Competence in conflict and crisis management.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to plan and see the big picture.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extreme resourcefulness.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
