Project Manager – Commercial Construction

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year (base salary and bonus).

Company: award‑winning design and construction firm specializing in healthcare and specialty commercial spaces across the U.S. The firm combines architecture, project management, and construction under one roof, offering a collaborative, team‑focused culture.

The role is a full‑time, long‑term position responsible for managing all phases of commercial construction projects from inception to completion. Must ensure projects finish on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards.

• Oversee and direct commercial construction projects from conception to completion.
• Develop schedules and cost estimates.
• Monitor onsite and offsite construction for compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Coordinate construction workers and subcontractors.
• Meet contractual performance conditions.
• Review work progress daily.
• Prepare internal and external reports on job status.
• Plan to prevent problems and resolve emerging issues.
• Negotiate contract terms, draft contracts, obtain permits and licenses.
• Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
• Ensure quality construction standards and proper techniques.

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in construction management and advanced knowledge of construction processes, methods, and techniques.
• Expertise with Procore and other project management software.
• Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and crisis management skills.
• Excellent time‑management, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to plan and see the big picture.
• Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness.
• PMP certification is a plus.
