As the Safety Manager, you will play a critical role in protecting employees, project partners, and clients while helping establish safety as a core component of every project from design through construction.

Job Details

Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and continuously improve company-wide construction safety programs and initiatives.
Collaborate with project teams to develop site-specific safety plans, emergency procedures, and risk mitigation strategies.
Serve as a safety leader and champion a proactive culture centered around risk prevention, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular jobsite safety inspections, audits, and assessments to identify hazardous conditions, unsafe practices, and potential areas of non-compliance.
Monitor safety metrics and key performance indicators to identify trends and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
Stay current on OSHA regulations, industry standards, emerging technologies, and best practices impacting construction safety.
Conduct safety orientations for new employees and facilitate ongoing training covering topics such as fall protection, scaffolding, confined spaces, and other construction-related hazards.
Lead investigations of accidents, incidents, and near-misses, including root-cause analysis and development of corrective actions.
Maintain required OSHA documentation and records, including OSHA 300 logs and other safety-related documentation.
Partner with project managers, superintendents, field personnel, subcontractors, and leadership to ensure safety requirements are understood and consistently enforced.
