Live Wire Construction, Inc. is seeking an EPC Operations Specialist for our Westmont, IL office to drive pre-construction in civil and mechanical scopes.
You will interpret RFPs, prepare scope of work, solicit subcontractor bids, and integrate civil/mechanical estimates into the total EPC bid. The ideal candidate has 3–6 years in preconstruction or estimating within solar or civil construction and is proficient with Excel, MS Project, Bluebeam, and Plan Swift.
