As Account Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member for Tina Biscan, you will support daily business operations and help customers succeed. You will grow the agency through meaningful customer relations, liaising between customer needs and agency departments, and proactively marketing relevant products and services.

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

$40,000.00 – $76,000.00 per year.
