Experience Veterinary Client Service Coordinator
35 N Cass Ave Westmont, IL 60559 | Full-Time
- Welcome clients + pets with energy and professionalism
- Handle high call volume, emails, and texts
- Schedule appointments + manage accurate records
- Communicate clearly about pet care, vaccines, and treatments
- Process payments and keep things running smoothly
- Keep the lobby clean, organized, and inviting
- 2+ years client service experience (
vet experience = big plus
) - Strong multitasking skills + attention to detail
- A friendly, bubbly personality
- Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- On your feet, moving, multitasking most of the day
- Lifting up to 30 lbs regularly (50 lbs occasionally)
- Working around animals, noise, and a busy clinic atmosphere
- Privately owned, growing hospital (your ideas matter!)
