Position: Senior Construction Project Manager - Mission Critical (Traveling)

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned project team members and subcontractors.
  • Cultivate and grow project owner relationships and relationships with all professional groups involved.
  • Engage in the project preconstruction process, including developing bid procedures, bid reviews, vendor & subcontractor qualifications, estimating, procurement strategy, and scheduling.
  • Manage the Quality Assurance/Quality Control program and required commissioning processes.
  • Demonstrate leadership in construction risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and budget decisions.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules.
  • Lead construction progress meetings.
  • Oversee design development.
  • Travel as needed for projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering/Management.
  • At least 10+ years of proven experience, preferably in the Mission‑Critical industry.
  • Proven knowledge of complex mission‑critical MEP systems.
  • Established thorough understanding of early turnover dates and mission‑critical commissioning processes.
  • Experience with critical work Methods of Procedures process.
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office, Procore, P6, and other management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, customer focus, and a high level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity.
  • Ability and willingness to travel for projects.
Compensation

The salary range is $150,000‑$180,000. The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
