This role provides comprehensive financial advice and customized solutions to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Triaging client leads and making referrals to internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals, building a financial plan with brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, banking and money‑market solutions).
- Recommending banking and investment strategies that align with client goals.
- Mitigating and controlling risk in daily activities.
- Identifying and engaging potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
- Providing coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs.
This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements; all employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.
Required Qualifications- Currently holds Series7 & 66 (or 63 & 65 in lieu of 66).
- At least one year experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
- At least one year experience in the financial services industry or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- Strong relationship building and collaboration skills.
- Effective communication and confidence in engaging all clients.
- Ability to manage goals, navigate complexity, prioritize tasks and execute in a fast‑paced environment.
- Thorough and thoughtful incorporation of regulatory due diligence into daily activities.
- Strong computer skills and multitasking ability.
- At least three years experience in the financial services industry or sales environment.
- Additional professional designations such as CFP or CRPC.
- Insurance licenses.
- Bilingual Spanish (preferred).
- Advisory, account management, client experience branding, customer and client focus.
- Oral communications, issue management, client solutions advisory, pipeline management.
- Active listening, attention to detail, risk management, policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Client management, causation analysis, written communications.
