Lead UKG Learning Administration

What You'll Do

Lead UKG Learning administration, governance, configuration, reporting, and continuous improvement. Deliver operational excellence by administering programs such as Ethics & Compliance, Gibraltar Leadership Program, Leader Labs, and future leadership initiatives. Manage learning vendors, assessments, and external content providers. Measure learning effectiveness using dashboards, analytics, and ROI metrics. Research AI-enabled learning, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve the employee learning experience.

Establish trusted partnerships with HR and business leaders. Improve learner experience and adoption of UKG Learning. Deliver successful enterprise leadership and compliance programs. Implement meaningful learning dashboards and success metrics. Identify opportunities to modernize learning through technology and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in L&D, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Human Resources, including HR Generalist or HR Business Partner. Experience administering enterprise Learning Management Systems (UKG Learning preferred). Strong project management, communication, analytics, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Manufacturing or multi-business enterprise experience. SHRM-CP or PHR certification. Vendor management and learning technology implementation.

Work Environment

Hybrid Ability to travel 15-20%

Compensation Range

The estimated salary range for this role is $92,925 - $113,575 annually, depending on experience, location and qualifications.
