Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to the asset management team
- Oversee successful implementation and account management through customer obligations
- Develop and implement execution and account management plans
- Review and present monthly KPIs, customer reports, and account receivables
- Evaluate performance of accounts relative to customer satisfaction and enhance performance as needed
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 10 years of successful and verifiable experience in P+L Management
- Must have experience in managing multiple customers and sites
- 5+ years' experience managing multiple sites of a Region or Customer System
- Knowledge of facilities and asset management practices
- Ability to create additional opportunities for business growth through customer management
- Strong analytical and financial forecasting skills
