Perform full machine setups and changeovers on screw machines;
Operate screw machines and monitor production;
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders;
Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, depth gauges, and optical comparators;
Make offsets and tooling adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish within tight tolerances
