X, leading providers of hormone replacement and targeted wellness services, are seeking fitness-conscious, wellness-oriented medical professionals (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) in connection with a planned expansion of clinical offerings and rapid escalation of remotely managed care options. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, customer service focused environment, employing proprietary treatment protocols and programs to help change patients  lives.

Mid-Level Providers work in conjunction with a physician medical director and the Center Director to coordinate the care of patients receiving hormone replacement, targeted wellness (such as management of sleep apnea, weight control, hypertension, low libido).

Candidates must have excellent medical and academic credentials, be technologically savvy, and able to effectively manage staff and operations at their location.

The Mid-Level Provider works with a physician medical director and the Center Director to coordinate care for patients receiving hormone replacement and targeted wellness services, including related programs and protocols.

• Active Illinois NP or PA license in good standing without disciplinary actions.
• Current DEA license – REQUIRED
• Must be able to train Monday–Friday for 10 consecutive days (2 weeks) following the clinical hours

We offer 2 full weeks of paid training.

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

This position will primarily be scheduled to PRN in Illinois. You will float to Burr Ridge, primarily Westmont and Hoffman Estates.

Saturdays are $400 per 4-hour shift, minimum of 2 per month, 3 Saturdays for 5 Saturday week months. Weekday shifts are $65 per hour.
