Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice – Westmont, Illinois

Provide end‑of‑life care to patients in their homes within the Oak Brook, IL area. Eligible for a $10,000 first‑year success bonus.

• Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care in a hospice setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, symptom and pain management, and individualized end‑of‑life care planning.
• Educate and support patients and families through the end‑of‑life journey, ensuring they feel informed, prepared, and deeply cared for.
• Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation.
• Work independently, but never alone.
• Travel to patient homes within assigned territory.

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state where you work.
• Two years of RN experience with clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care; hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend approximately 20% of the day driving to/from patient locations.
