What to Expect

As an Acquisition Specialist, you will work cross functionally alongside our Used Car, Delivery, Sales, and Service to accurately appraisal for trade-in vehicles. However, to succeed at Tesla, you must be highly organized, detail oriented, and efficient. • Review market indicator data, vehicle history and vehicle condition to appraise the value of trade-in vehicles in keeping with current Tesla valuation strategies.
• Accurately record valuations and track inventory using Tesla internal system.
• Be the subject matter expert and have accountability in your trade-in appraisals.
• Develop strong relationships with cross functional business partners (Sales, Delivery, Service) to create an exceptional customer experience.
• Lead and support training initiatives to ensure field sales teams understand trade-in processes.
• Support field teams in resolving customer questions and concerns.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with others in a team environment, as well as independently.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must.
• Superior attention to detail under tight deadlines and comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly changing working environment.
• Ability to work weekends on a regular schedule, as needed.
• Highly efficient working across multiple computer systems, experience with CRM a plus, experience with MS Office required.
