The e-Commerce Sales Associate interacts with hundreds of customers online, over the phone, and in person, guiding them through the vehicle purchase process in a no-haggle sales environment. The role requires responding promptly to leads, answering questions, providing information, and facilitating the transition from online or phone contact to an in-store experience while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities- Interact with customers via online, phone, and in-person channels.
- Respond to leads in a timely manner.
- Answer customer questions and provide accurate vehicle information.
- Guide customers from initial contact to in-store experience.
- Maintain exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Desire to help people and exceed expectations.
- Sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Drive to set targeted personal income goals consistent with Auto Nation’s standards of productivity.
- Over 1 year automotive sales experience.
- Proven ability to exceed established automotive sales and customer service goals.
- Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Willingness to follow up repeatedly with customers.
- Valid in-state driver’s license and acceptable, safe driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Base and commission range: $5,500 – $11,000 per month, based on performance and sales.
