• Answer all incoming phone calls and schedule a sales appointment.
• Follow up with all previous day's leads.
• Create customer contact notes in CRM.
• Contact customers based on current marketing initiatives.
• Respond to customer website requests via text, email, or phone their preference.
• Notify necessary departments when an appointment is scheduled.
• Navigate dealership computer software to prospect and solicit new business.
• Assist the sales department’s efforts to increase automotive sales.
• Ability to meet or exceed monthly goals.

• Maintain high levels of professionalism, salesmanship, teamwork, organization, and customer service.
• Working PC knowledge and ability to navigate the internet is required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Full‑time

• High School Diploma or GED required.
