Responsibilities

  • Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM.
  • Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions.
  • Conduct in‑depth conversations with clients to understand financial priorities and connect them to appropriate solutions.
  • Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
  • Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
  • Follow established processes and guidelines to act in the best interest of clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with small‑business, lending, and investment experts.
  • Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls.
  • Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities.

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions.
  • At least one year of successful sales experience in a salary‑plus‑incentive environment with individual sales goals.
  • At least six months of cash‑handling experience.
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business management, business administration, finance, or related field.

Pay & Benefits

Hourly pay: $25.00 – $26.77, determined based on experience, education, and skill set. This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible. Benefits eligible.
