Responsibilities
- Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM.
- Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions.
- Conduct in‑depth conversations with clients to understand financial priorities and connect them to appropriate solutions.
- Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
- Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines to act in the best interest of clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with small‑business, lending, and investment experts.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls.
- Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with strong work ethic and intense focus on results.
- Collaborative and effective at building strong relationships.
- Passionate, committed, and driven to improve clients' financial lives.
- Confident in identifying solutions for new and existing clients.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort engaging all clients.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technology platforms.

- Availability to work weekends and/or extended hours, including being scheduled at any nearby location.
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions.
- At least one year of successful sales experience in a salary‑plus‑incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- At least six months of cash‑handling experience.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business management, business administration, finance, or related field.

Hourly pay: $25.00 – $26.77, determined based on experience, education, and skill set. This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible. Benefits eligible.
