This role supports the Allstate Insurance office located within the Oakbrook Toyota store and is part of Rohrman Automotive Group’s championship team.

• Flexibility to work nights and Saturdays when the dealership is busiest
• Meet and exceed established goals
• Prospect and generate new business through leads and referrals
• Sell, quote, and write P&C policies
• Cross‑sell other Allstate products to existing customers
• Follow up with existing and potential customers
• Review coverage selections with customers as they may want to adjust choices over time
• Ensure all policies are processed in accordance with Allstate procedures and documents are retained as directed
• Understand the product offering available through Allstate as well as relevant risk‑management policies and rules
• Assign and carry out production objectives within the insurance team
• Build and maintain relationships with dealership employees and customers
• Maintain a professional image through proper appearance and actions

• Experienced in a challenging sales environment
• Open to a flexible work schedule
• Allstate experience is a real plus
• Organize and prioritize issues
• Results‑oriented with the ability to overcome opposition to accomplish goals
• Strong people skills with an outgoing personality
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
• Prior sales experience
• Required P&C license before official start date
