** Enhancements Crew Members

** team. This role focuses on transforming existing landscapes and implementing new designs, requiring a strong understanding of planting, hardscaping, and other enhancement techniques. You will work as part of a team to deliver high-quality results and exceed client expectations. ** Responsibilities and Duties
*** Install of plant material like planting trees, shrubs, flowers.
* Bed preparation and maintenance like weeding, edging, mulching, and fertilizing.
* Assist with the construction of patios, and other hardscape features using various materials such as pavers, stone, and concrete.
* Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
* Collaborate effectively with other crew members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.
* Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
** Job Requirements
*** At least 1 year of proven work experience as a Landscaper. Specific experience in enhancement projects is a plus.
* Knowledge of plant identification and proper planting techniques.
* Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
* Understanding of hardscaping principles and techniques.
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
* High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to oversee several projects at a time.
