• Drive complex projects from design through delivery with full ownership and accountability.
• Collaborate with Architects, Engineers, Designers, and Product Managers to build innovative software solutions.
• Lead technical design, architecture discussions, and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Develop robust .NET back-end and front-end solutions following modern patterns and standards.
• Champion test-first and acceptance-criteria-driven development.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, continuous improvement, and mentoring other engineers.
• Ensure solutions meet key non-functional needs: performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
• Stay current with new technologies, trends, and best practices.

• 5–10 years of experience in software product development.
• Strong proficiency in .NET 4.8+, .NET Core, C# 10+, MS SQL Server (T‑SQL).
• Experience working in hybrid/cloud environments—Azure preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (Azure Dev Ops a plus).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and clean coding principles.
• Experience with Git, automated testing, design patterns, domain‑driven design, and integration (REST/SOAP).
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to break down large initiatives into sprint‑sized deliverables in an Agile environment.
• Familiarity with security best practices, compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI‑DSS, ISO 27001), and secure coding.
• Bonus:
  Microsoft Certified Azure Developer / Azure Dev Ops Engineer.
