Senior Data Engineer

Role Overview

As a Forward Deployed Data Engineer, you will be embedded with product, program, and engineering teams to design, prototype, and deploy data‑driven solutions that solve high‑priority business problems. You will move fast from concept to a working prototype in days, maintaining enterprise‑grade quality, security, and scalability.
Key attributes include solution design and architecture experience, deep hands‑on engineering across data and AI agents, and interpersonal skills to earn trust, drive alignment, and collaborate effectively across teams.

• Solution Design & Architecture
  :
  Drive architecture for complex data and AI problems, create technical documentation, and participate in architecture reviews.
• Rapid Prototyping & Solution Delivery
  :
  Design and deliver production‑ready prototypes within compressed time frames, iterating based on stakeholder feedback.
• AI Agent Development & Agentic Systems
  :
  Build and deploy AI agents, agent skills, and orchestration layers using Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Auto Gen, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel.
• AI & Data Engineering
  :
  Build pipelines, APIs, models, and data services, integrating LLMs, RAG systems, and machine learning models.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
  :
  Embed with cross‑functional teams, communicate complex concepts, mentor junior engineers, and foster a collaborative culture.

• 4+ years of professional software or data engineering experience with solution design and architecture contributions.
• Hands‑on experience building AI agents and agentic frameworks.
• Strong data engineering skills: pipelines, ETL/ELT, data modeling, SQL, No
  
  SQL, Python.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data stack tooling.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments.
• Preferred: RAG architectures, vector databases, prompt engineering, agent observability tools, cloud agent platforms, orchestration tools, containerization, CI/CD, real‑estate or financial services domain experience.
