Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced Ground workers and Block Pavers to join a regional contractor working on projects in Weston-super-Mare.

This is an excellent opportunity for skilled ground workers with block paving experience to join a busy team, offering competitive CIS rates and an immediate start.

• Lay block paving to a high standard.
• Carry out general groundwork duties.
• Operate hand tools and small plant safely and efficiently.
• Work as part of a team to deliver projects on time.
• Follow all site health and safety procedures.

• Previous experience in groundworks is essential.
• Valid CSCS card.
• CPCS or NPORS Excavator qualification.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

• Competitive pay of 22- 24 per hour (CIS), depending on experience.
• Immediate start available.
