Hire Up Recruiting, on behalf of our client in Weston, CT, seeks a Floater Teacher for a brand-new preschool. The position is part-time, Monday–Friday, year-round, with potential to move to full-time. Responsibilities include providing a safe, engaging classroom for children aged 1–5, assisting the Lead Teacher, and maintaining portfolios.
Starting pay is $18.00–$21.00 per hour, with PTO of 18 days annually. Candidates must be at least 16, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and pass a background check.
