Weston Intermediate School

Job Goal:
The Interim Assistant Principal provides leadership and operational support to ensure continuity and stability during a period of administrative transition. The Interim Assistant Principal works collaboratively with students, families, faculty, staff, and administrators to support effective instruction, responsive student services, positive student behavior, and the safe and efficient daily operation of the school.

Qualifications:

• Valid Connecticut Intermediate Administrator or Supervisor Certificate (092)
• Advanced degree in educational administration, educational leadership, or a related field
• Minimum of five years of successful teaching or other relevant certified educational experience; previous school leadership experience preferred

Reports to:

Building Principal

Terms of Employment:
Per diem compensation at established rate.

Availability: immediately, anticipated 6-8 weeks
