Compass Care, a private-duty senior home care company, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a female client in Weston, CT.

Client Preference:
The client has requested a female caregiver for personal care and privacy considerations.

Schedule:

Monday & Tuesday 8:00 AM–8:00 PM Two small dogs in the home

Compensation:
Hourly cases starting at $28+ per hour, depending on the case. Live-in opportunities may also be available at $350 per day.

Responsibilities:
Personal care and assistance with activities of daily living. Companionship and emotional support. Meal preparation. Medication reminders. Light housekeeping. Monitor and record vital signs, as appropriate for the client's care plan. Assistance with mobility and transfers as needed. Transportation and accompaniment to appointments or errands, when required. Helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for the client.

The care that we provide starts with a customized care plan that has been created to meet the specific needs of the client. Our caregivers build a strong relationship with the client to learn how to go above and beyond, providing care well beyond the care plan that has been provided.

Our caregivers work in partnership with the Compass Care Client Team and Office Staff to provide the best possible care for each client.

Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Minimum of 2 years of one-on-one home care experience working with elderly clients. CNA, HHA, or other related certification in senior home care or caregiving. Comfortable working in a home with two small dogs. Dependable, compassionate, and professional.
