• Minimum 2 years of ER experience required
• Epic experience at level 3 or 4 required
• Pending license not accepted
• All required certifications must be valid at time of submission (unless otherwise noted)

• BLS – AHA or American Red Cross (Required at time of submission)
• ACLS – Required at time of submission
• PALS – Required at time of submission
• NIHSS – Must obtain prior to start
• COVID-19 Vaccine: Required – Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
• Flu Vaccine: Required – Medical/Religious Exemptions Only

• Weekend requirement: As needed
• On-call requirement: No
• Floating: Yes, within scope and as needed
