Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN with at least 2 years of ER experience and current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
Responsibilities- Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting
- Day shift schedule with 3x12 hour shifts from 7:00 to 19:30
- Weekend shifts are required as needed
- Floating within scope to meet facility needs may be required
- Patient care documented using Epic EMR with proficiency expected at level 3 or 4
- All time off requests must be provided upfront for consideration
- Assignments at any Cleveland Clinic location are limited to 18 consecutive months with a 6 month wait before re-assignment
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Local candidates are accepted at the same rate
- Smoke-free facility with strict nicotine-free policy
- Active FL or Compact RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of recent ER nursing experience
- Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required at time of consideration
- NIHSS certification required prior to start
- Epic EMR experience at a proficiency of level 3 or 4 required
- Negative 10 panel drug screen including nicotine required prior to start
- Pending license not accepted
