About the Role:

Seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support a high-volume AP backlog for a Renewable Energy company. This is a great opportunity for an AP professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can hit the ground running with full‑cycle accounts payable.

• Process high‑volume invoices including vendors, utilities, and service providers
• Assist in clearing AP backlog and maintaining organized records
• Perform invoice coding, matching, PO reconciliation, and data entry
• Prepare and process supplier payments and manage weekly payment batches
• Reconcile monthly supplier statements and AP aging; follow up on open invoices 30+ days
• Respond to internal and external queries via phone and email
• Support general AP functions and month‑end close activities

• 2+ years of full‑cycle Accounts Payable experience
• Strong Excel skills and solid data entry/mathematical abilities
• Experience handling vendor and utility invoices
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage high volume and meet deadlines independently
