Position 1:Exterior Envelope Consultant (Commercial Building Facade Construction & Engineering)
We are seeking an individual with exceptional vision and incredible work ethic, experienced in commercial building facade construction and engineering. The ideal candidate must be motivated and have the ability to work confidently with architects and other design professionals to convey design concepts and to develop a working clientele. Self‑motivation and leadership qualities are required for producing quality information and creating a satisfied customer.
Travel is required.
Qualifications: a four‑year college degree with emphasis in a related field or 10+ years of successful association in a related Design/Architectural industry. AutoCAD experience is a must. Training in other related programs is a plus.
Position 2:Exterior Facade Construction Specialist
We are seeking an individual experienced in exterior facade construction, preferably in the Curtain Wall/Windows/Glass or Architectural/Panel industry. The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, self‑motivated, and have the ability to work on their own.
Qualifications: a two‑year Associate degree with emphasis in a related field and/or five+ years of successful association in a related industry. AutoCAD experience is required. Solid Works and 3‑D experience is a bonus.
Position 3: CAD/Revit SpecialistThis position is responsible for developing and supporting virtual design and construction (VDC) processes for company operations from preconstruction, design, procurement, production, and installation. The CAD/Revit Specialist performs technical tasks in Revit and AutoCAD software.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Setup and maintain firm AutoCAD and Revit projects (setup levels, views, sheets, etc.) adhering to firm CAD/Revit standards and the project BIM execution plan.
- Maintain Revit models for all disciplines.
- Manage weekly model sharing; download/upload Revit models, apply updates.
- Work closely with project team members to provide feedback on updated model changes.
- Lead model clash detection meetings to assist team members in solving conflicts.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings.
- Provide technical support to team members.
- Maintain a collaborative environment between AutoCAD and Revit operators, engineers and project managers.
- Complete additional tasks as requested in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Revit standards and training materials for internal use.
- Create and modify Revit content/families for use in WMA Revit models.
- Maintain and upgrade firm AutoCAD blocks, standard details and layering standards.
- Assist with AutoCAD and Revit system training for employees.
- Assist in content creation for Revit and AutoCAD projects.
- Assist in development of AutoCAD and Revit system enhancements.
- Technical School, Community College or Associates Degree in REVIT and AutoCAD.
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Excellent organizational, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Detail oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work in a team and independently.
- Ability to problem solve and provide recommendations and solutions to meet customer requirements.
