DMV Processor / Title Clerk – Keeler Toyota of Westport

Location: Westport, CT

• Process vehicle titles, registrations, transfers, and lien paperwork in compliance with Connecticut DMV regulations
• Submit and track DMV paperwork for new and used vehicle sales
• Verify the accuracy of title documents, bills of sale, payoff information, and supporting paperwork
• Coordinate with sales, finance, accounting, and management teams to ensure timely processing
• Resolve title discrepancies and follow up with lenders, customers, and state agencies as needed
• Maintain organized records of all title and registration transactions
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with dealership policies and state compliance requirements
• Assist with inventory title management and vehicle funding documentation

• Previous DMV, title, or registration processing experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Connecticut DMV title and registration procedures
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously
  
  Professional communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with dealership management systems and Microsoft Office preferred
