Founded in 1967, Keeler launched as a small Mercedes-Benz dealership with only SIX employees. Our dealership serves asthe main resource for the highly popular and luxurious Mercedes-Benz vehicles across the Capital Region. In the early 1970’s the dealership grew as we expanded with BMW and Honda. The six-man operation flourished. Fast-forward to today, we have added Mini, Alfa-Romeo, the Keeler Quality Pre-Owned Center, Collision Center, a Full-Service Body Shop, and a Detail Department.

Even with all this growth, over 50 years later, we are still a family owned and operated business that has kept its core values right from the start.

Sales Support & Inventory Marketing Specialist – Lexus of Westport

Lexus of Westport is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support & Inventory Marketing Specialist to support our Sales and Marketing teams. This dynamic, hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced luxury automotive environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

• Support the Sales team with vehicle prep, delivery coordination, and lot organization
• Assist with vehicle transfers, dealer trades, and general dealership errands
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and showroom-ready
• Maintain overall lot presentation and organization

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of new and pre-owned inventory
• Create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms
• Assist with promotional campaigns, events, and dealership marketing initiatives
• Monitor engagement and help grow the dealership’s online presence

• Track incoming and outgoing inventory
• Ensure vehicles are properly merchandised online with accurate descriptions and pricing
• Audit inventory for accuracy across CRM and third-party platforms
• Coordinate with Sales Managers on pricing updates and vehicle status

• Previous automotive, hospitality, retail, or marketing experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Comfortable with social media platforms and basic content creation tools
• Ability to work outdoors and in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
