Data & Systems Manager

Direct Hire. $70-75k. Hybrid / Onsite. Westport, CT.

Seeking a highly organized professional to support operational excellence through systems management, process improvement, reporting, and cross‑functional coordination. This role serves as a key resource in optimizing workflows, improving data visibility, and supporting organizational growth.

• Manage and enhance business systems, reporting tools, and operational processes
• Develop dashboards, reports, and insights to support decision‑making
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements
• Lead system enhancements, user adoption initiatives, and staff training
• Coordinate projects and priorities across multiple departments
• Maintain documentation, procedures, and operational standards
• Support executive‑level reporting, planning, and administrative initiatives

• 5+ years of experience in operations, systems administration, business analysis, or project coordination
• Strong experience with business applications, reporting platforms, and collaboration tools
• Proven ability to improve workflows and drive operational efficiencies
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

• Experience supporting multi‑site operations or distributed teams
• Background in data management, reporting, or business process optimization
• Experience working across multiple functional areas including operations, finance, administration, or customer‑facing teams
