Project Manager​/Site Supervisor

Our client, a luxury residential construction company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This is a fully onsite role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and can confidently manage complex, high-value custom homes and renovations with minimal oversight. The position requires working from our Westport office and project job trailers as needed to ensure projects are executed to the highest standards.

• Manage all project RFIs, submittals, quality control documentation, and project records (approximately 95% of the role)
• Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring successful execution with minimal supervision
• Coordinate closely with architects, designers, subcontractors, consultants, and ownership throughout each phase of construction
• Maintain accurate schedules, documentation, logs, and project updates within Buildertrend
• Work onsite from project job trailers and the Westport office to oversee day-to-day operations
• Ensure exceptional quality standards across finishes, materials, craftsmanship, and subcontractor performance
• Lead weekly progress meetings, manage punch lists, and track key project milestones
• Anticipate challenges, identify solutions, and keep projects moving forward proactively
• Maintain control of project budgets, schedules, change orders, and documentation

• 5+ years of construction project management experience required; 8+ years preferred
• Proven experience managing high-end residential construction projects, including custom homes, luxury estates, or significant residential renovations
• Strong expertise in RFIs, submittals, quality control processes, punch lists, and construction documentation
• Experience using Buildertrend or similar construction management software
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Must be comfortable working onsite from both project locations and our Westport office as business needs require

• Base Salary
  : $110,000–$150,000, based on experience and qualifications
