The RoleWe're hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to continue developing and building out Dairy Boy's graphic identity across every medium — digital, packaging, web, garment, experiential, and beyond. This is a high-agency role. You'll shape how the brand looks and feels across everything we put into the world, and you'll have real creative influence in doing so. Our brand book is established, but there is significant room to define, evolve, and push the visual language forward.
We want someone who is ruthlessly curious, creatively restless, and eager to push into unfamiliar territory. Someone who doesn't just execute — they explore, experiment, and bring ideas to the table that surprise us.
You'll work in close collaboration with our Creative Director and across all departments, and you'll manage and work alongside one junior graphic designer.
What the Work Looks LikeThe scope is broad and always evolving. You'll move between projects like social and digital campaign assets, product packaging, on-garment graphics, PR mailers, presentation decks, retail and pop-up environments, activation builds, signage — and things we haven't thought of yet. Some weeks are spent in Illustrator. Others might involve concepting a branded vehicle, designing a physical installation, or art directing a campaign set.
WhatWe're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, either in-house with a brand or at an agency
- Formal training in graphic design, visual arts, or a related discipline preferred
- Expert-level digital design skills — Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and a strong command of typography, layout, color, and composition
- Fluency in production — you know how to prepare print-ready, packaging-ready, and apparel-ready files
- A portfolio that shows range — across digital, print, physical, and environmental work
- Comfort with pace — you're energized by a fast, iterative, agile environment where priorities shift and creative briefs evolve in real time
- Strong project management instincts — you can run multiple work streams simultaneously without sacrificing quality
We value designers who work beyond the screen. If you draw, illustrate, paint, printmake, sculpt, build, or work in other analog or physical mediums — we want to hear about it. This role has the latitude for that kind of thinking and making, and we believe the best graphic designers bring a tactile sensibility to everything they do.
