LOOK OPTIC is looking for an entry-level Creative Associate to help bring our emails and digital ads to life. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong visual taste, sharp attention to detail, and a real interest in how creative drives performance.

You’ll work closely with our founder and creative team to execute email campaigns and online ads that are clear, confident, and on-brand. This is a great role for someone early in their career who wants to learn fast, take ownership, and be part of a growing brand.

• Help build and QA email marketing campaigns (design, layout, copy support)
• Assist with paid digital ad creative across social and other online channels
• Adapt core brand ideas into email and ad formats
• Organize creative assets and prep campaigns for launch
• Ensure all creative meets brand and quality standards
• Learn from results and help improve future creative

• 0–2 years of experience (internships count)
• Strong visual judgment and attention to detail
• Interest in email, digital advertising, and brand marketing
• Working knowledge of Figma, Adobe, or similar tools
• Comfortable working with short-form copy
• Organized, dependable, and eager to learn

• Experience with Klaviyo or email platforms
• Paid social or performance marketing exposure
• Interest in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands

This role is on-site in Westport and offers real exposure to how a founder-led brand builds creative that actually performs.
