Job Description & How to Apply Below

Dairy Boy is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer lifestyle brand built around a new vision of American style — blending nostalgia, sport, and everyday life with a point of view that feels fresh, intentional, and distinctly its own. We help people build lives and spaces that reflect who they are, and our audience is passionate, loyal, and growing fast across every platform.

We're looking for a Stylist with real, trusted taste — someone we'd hand a photo shoot, a store floor, or a mood board to and know it'll come out right. The role is broad on purpose: your eye should touch almost everything we make and show.

You'll style shoots on set, help retail merchandise the floor, and sit in on how each collection comes together — flagging what's missing from an assortment, pulling references for the design team, and helping turn a creative director's mood board into actual product. You'll make sure everything we post is styled, whether it's a Tik Tok or a full campaign, and build out an internal library of shoes, jewelry, and other accessories the team can pull from.

When PR and gifting are deciding what goes to which creator, you'll weigh in there too.

The right person has real, obvious personal style — the kind that translates to someone else's world, not just their own. They've styled before, whether on a shoot, in a store, at a magazine, or in-house at a brand, but what matters more is instinct: they can look at a rack, a room, or a photo and know what's wrong with it.

They take direction well without losing their point of view, and they're organized enough to actually run a prop closet.

Dairy Boy is scaling quickly, and this role sits close to the product and the image 'll work directly with senior leadership, have real ownership over how Dairy Boy looks from a rack to a reel, and help build a style point of view the whole brand can lean on. If you want to do meaningful work at a brand that cares deeply about taste and craft, this is a great place to do it.

What

you'll do
  • Style photo shoots on set — pull references, source product and accessories, build each look start to finish
  • Merchandise product on the retail floor — tables, walls, windows, all of it
  • Flag what's missing from an upcoming collection and bring references to the design team and creative director
  • Help turn a creative director's mood board into an actual, sellable assortment with the design team
  • Style content for social and campaigns so everything we post looks considered, not thrown together
  • Build and maintain an internal library of styling accessories — shoes, jewelry, and more — the team can pull from
  • Weigh in with PR and gifting on what goes to which creator
  • Source and manage styling product, samples, and props for shoots and events, including tracking and returns
  • Keep a pulse on trends and references worth bringing into the brand's world
  • Partner with design, marketing, e-commerce, and PR to keep styling decisions on schedule and aligned with what's coming next
  • Track what's working — in stores, on social, in campaigns — and carry it into the next collection
What we're looking for
  • Real, obvious personal style — the kind other people notice and trust
  • Styling experience in any form: on set, in retail, in-house at a brand, at a magazine, or with your own clients — the eye matters more than the years
  • Comfortable styling in very different settings: a shoot, a store floor, a phone screen, a mood board review
  • Takes direction well without losing your point of view — collaborative, not precious
  • Organized enough to run a styling closet and keep several shoots or projects moving at once
  • An eye for merchandising — how product looks and sells changes with how it's presented
  • Real interest in fashion, trends, and culture, with actual opinions about what's worth paying attention to
  • Comfortable working across design, marketing, PR, and creative leadership
  • Can present ideas and references clearly, in writing and in person
  • A degree in fashion, styling, or merchandising is a plus, not a requirement
