Front-of-House Supervisor – your focus is delivering an exceptional experience to every guest from check-in through post-appointment completion.

• Check in and greet guests with a warm welcome
• Provide outstanding host service to guests
• Ensure front-of-house and guest lounge meet Squeeze standards
• Assist guests with the Squeeze app: downloading, account setup, booking, and membership enrollment
• Resolve guest issues in the shop and return assistance after appointments
• Maintain an inviting and organized lobby area

• 1+ year in retail or front-desk service, preferably with technology or hospitality focus
• Proven track record of delivering an exceptional guest experience
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Experience with Zendesk (preferred)

• Energetic and detail-oriented
• Hospitable, gracious, patient, and warm with strong communication skills
• Passionate about health and wellness and the benefits of massage
