Position: Interim Literacy Coach for Professional Development

Description

The Westport Public Schools is seeking a long-term substitute teacher to serve as an interim literacy coach. The primary role of the literacy coach is to provide job-embedded professional development through coaching in the area of literacy.

Qualifications:

• CT Certification Required (097 or 102);
• Highly Effective Classroom Teacher;
• Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; and
• Experience with coaching preferred.

Salary: According to the Teachers’ contract )
