We are looking for an experienced Wealth Advisor to join our team in Westport, CT. This is an opportunity for a relationship-driven advisor who wants to work with sophisticated clients, deliver comprehensive advice, and grow within an established and highly collaborative wealth management firm.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners, providing comprehensive wealth management and financial planning guidance.
• Develop and implement customized strategies addressing investment management, retirement planning, insurance, tax and estate planning, education funding, and other areas of personal wealth.
• Partner with MJP's Investment Committee to develop and implement investment strategies aligned with each client's objectives, risk tolerance, and long-term financial plan.
• Build and deepen existing client relationships through proactive communication, thoughtful advice, and regular strategic reviews.
• Identify opportunities to further serve existing clients while developing new relationships within the high-net-worth market.
• Leverage MJP's investment research, portfolio strategies, alternative investment solutions, financial planning resources, and technology to deliver sophisticated, client-focused solutions.
• Work collaboratively with our broader team to provide a seamless, high level of service across all aspects of the client relationship.
• Provide ongoing service and strategic guidance to MJP's advisory and 401(k) plan clients.

• 5+ years of experience as a financial advisor, wealth advisor, or in a comparable financial services role.
• A Bachelor's degree; advanced degrees and professional designations such as CFP®, CPA, or MBA are a plus.
• Series 65 or Series 66 registration required.
• Strong knowledge of comprehensive wealth management, including investment management, financial planning, retirement planning, alternative investments, insurance, and tax and estate planning.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain meaningful, long-term client relationships.
• Strong presentation, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
